Résumé
Considering that body and mind are a single entity, a theoretical approach is presented that binds motor action, idea and thought. Following this approach based on some axiomatic standpoints, action appears to be pre-eminent with relation to thought and probably idea. An experiment was performed to show that, following the approach; the body functions may influence the mind. This follows an inverse reasoning compared to mental imagery. The results show that a state of mind of no think, which may be attained uniquely after intense training, seems to confirm the hypothesis of the theoretical approach.
