The Evaluation of Training - Workshop 2: Reinforced Collaboration Practices - INCREASE2 Project

Abstract

This Worshop entitled "Reinforced collaboration in our practices – INCREASE² project" took place during the "Meeting of the Directors of Institutes and Schools of Public Administration (DISPA)" held during the Belgian Presidency of the EU. The theme of the meeting was "The Evaluation of Training" and three phases were proposed. At first, various concepts were presented during an introduction: the Quality Approach Paradigm (Gilles, 2002); the INCREASE2 consortium; the OpenAMS project proposal based on the CCQTS cycle (Gilles, 2002) as well as on the ExAMS platform (Gilles & al. 2008) and finally the public and private partners interested in INCREASE2 and this kind of Examination Assessment System (AMS) project. In a second step, a questionnaire based on the Quality Approach Paradigm and the Kirkpatrick-Philips 5 levels model was submitted to the participants (a questionnaire by country). The third and last step of the workshop was devoted to analyzing the answers with all the participants.
