Résumé
In our contribution we present a teacher training module for teachers ofvarious subjects
at the Haute ecole pedagogique du Canton de Vaud (HEP) in Lausanne. The main theoretical
emphasis lies on reflecting on the language dimension of allleaming, combining a focus on
academic language with Content and Language Integrated Leaming (CLIL). Reflective practice
and the development of teaching material add a practical dimension. We situate the module in
its theoretical context and present its main elements. In the last part of the paper we discuss the
results ofthe students' evaluation ofthe module and present our conclusions.
