A growing number of researches showed several benefits of interventions where pupils or students learned to identify and develop strengths. Consequently, and because children with special needs are “extraordinary”, the present contribution shows that identifying, developing and promoting the strengths of those “extraordinary” children may be particularly important interesting in order to improve their inclusion in the classroom as well as their positive affects.
