Ce chapitre analyse l’implémentation d’un module de durabilité en Bachelor primaire à la HEP Vaud. Il s’intéresse aux conceptions sous-jacentes de la durabilité et de l’éducation à la durabilité (ED) portées par les formateur·trice·s issu·e·s de divers domaines d’expertise, qui ont participé à sa co-construction et à son enseignement. Leurs prises de parole font ressortir des enjeux de socialisation professionnelle autour d’un objet d’enseignement en expansion. Elles soulignent également l’importance d’une co-formation au long cours pour soutenir une dynamique de professionnalisation en vue d’améliorer la cohérence d’un curriculum de formation en ED destiné aux futur·e·s enseignant·e·s.

This chapter analyses the rollout of a sustainability course for BSc students
in primary education at the University of Teacher Education State of Vaud.
It specifically looks at the differing underlying ideas on sustainability and
education for sustainability of the teacher educators from different disciplinary
backgrounds involved in developing and teaching the course. An
analysis of speaking turns points to issues of professional socialisation
around an expanding teaching object. It underlines also the importance
of long-haul peer training to support a professionalising dynamic that may
improve an education for sustainability curriculum for prospective teachers.
